This is common and very annoying problem when you want to delete/move files and get message pop window similar as below:
This also happens if somebody opens file or folder from remote location where you are not sure who opens files where. To check this out follow below steps:
Click Start –> Computer –> Manage
If you want to close single file for multiple file: Right click open file then click close file:
